On June 8, 2023, Advancement Inc. was established (Representative Director: Kazuhiro Kashiwabara),
headquartered in Tokyo. The company will support the sustainable growth of enterprises across three
core domains: AI Transformation, Business Strategy, and Startup Advisory.
Background
The rapid proliferation of generative AI is reshaping industrial structures at their core.
Yet for many Japanese companies, AI adoption remains stuck at the proof-of-concept stage,
with organization-wide implementation and embedding still out of reach.
Overcoming this challenge requires more than tool adoption — it demands a transformation
perspective that integrates strategy, organization, and process. Advancement was founded
as a specialist firm to accompany that execution.

Asian markets from FY2024 onward.
